The Acuity LED 1600 II LED UV Hybrid Printer
The machine features a fast printing mode of 33sqm/hr. This addresses customer demands for quicker job turnarounds and lower output cost.
The machine, which has a maximum print width of 1610mm, and a 1200dpi maximum resolution, also offers simultaneous two-layer printing (white plus clear) and three-layer printing (colour plus white and clear) when combined with Caldera or ColorGate RIP software.
Applications include: promotional items, shoes, laminated glass, touch switch membranes and more.
The cutter perfectly complements the Acuity LED 1600 II. Combining the world’s most reliable sensor technology with highly complex algorithms allows SummaCut to effectively compensate for any print deformations and deliver spot-on contour cutting every time.
Its outstanding registration-mark recognition capabilities apply not only to standard materials but also reflective, holographic and metallic materials, as well as many of the laminates used today. Built to withstand the daily punishment of busy production environments, SummaCut vinyl cutters are ideal for value-minded graphics professionals who are unwilling to compromise their quality standards.
The versatility of this series makes it ideal for cutting signs, vehicle lettering, die cut decals, labels and more. The cutter features a large, easy-to-use control panel, high-speed cutting head, integrated media rollers and roll flanges as well as OPOS X contour cutting alignment.
