Graphix Supply World (GSW) are showcasing the newly launched high-speed 320TS transfer sublimation printer at Sign Africa Durban. This 3.2m dual printer does transfer printing and direct to textile printing. It uses a bulk ink system that allows for continuous printing with economical high density inks.

This grand format printer is capable of speeds up to 134sqm/hour. According to Rob Franco, MD at GSW, there is a huge demand for such a dual purpose printer, especially for soft signage, decor, homeware, exhibitions, sports wear and general branding.

‘We have sold 12 units already. The GSW team in South Africa is always working on improvements – the research and development (R&D) took place with Japanese engineering over the last couple of years and they are proud to showcase this product in Durban this week. Another example of this commitment to R&D took place before the World Cup, when GSW converted the Mimaki JV5-320 to include dye sublimation capabilities and many print companies were able to print thousands of square metres of textile branding for the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa. The machine was subsequently rolled out worldwide with many units being sold.’

Don’t miss out on an opportunity to connect and network with the print professionals on the GSW stand and discover this high speed 3.2m sublimation printer that is making a world premiere.

The event is sponsored by Platinum sponsors Roland DG South Africa and Stixo Signage Supplies. The show will take place 9am to 5pm daily. Entrance is free. For more information and to register online, click here.
