Perfect Laser showcased its CO2 laser machine, CNC router, eco-solvent printer and UV laser solutions at the Graphics, Print and Sign Expo, which ran from 14-16 September at the Gallagher Convention Centre.
The PLT-3040 CO2 laser machine can cut and engrave quickly and accurately. Perfect for small-scale production, it can cut materials such as: MDF, acrylic, plastic, Plexiglas, rubber, etc. Users can engrave on MDF, marble, granite, glass, tiles, leather and much more. Users can even mark metal with the company’s marking spray (sold separately).
The company’s CNC router owners can download free CNC /GCode designs direct from its website. The PLE-6040 CNC router is ideal for woodworking, milling stone and granite, cutting aluminium etc.
The PL-ES-1.6 SH eco-solvent solution is ideal for personalised signage or banner printing and is easy to operate. The built-in heaters and external fans cure the ink almost instantly. Materials that can be printed include wallpaper, canvas, vinyl, PVC vinyl, poster paper and more.
Also showcased was Perfect Laser’s UV laser — the PL-UV laser 5W — a powerful laser that does not require much power. It is ideal for marking, with applications that include glass, metal, paper, plastics and stone.
