Kornit’s HD systems enable new levels of print quality, suitable for the fashion and retail markets. Rexx Screen & Digital Supplies will launch the Kornit Storm HD6 DTG System at the Sign Africa and FESPA Africa Expo, taking place from 11-13 September at Gallagher Convention Centre.
The company will also showcase a range of innovations including screen printing equipment and consumables, direct to garment printers and consumables, cutting plotters and heat presses, heat transfer films and laser transfer papers, as well as premium quality blank garments.
Kornit Digital Storm HD6
Kornit’s HD print engine, combined with the NeoPigment Rapid ink, leads to significant reductions in ink consumption and cost per print. The Storm HD6 will reduce both by approximately 30% compared to the Storm Hexa.
Polyprint Texjet Echo2
The Texjet Echo2 print head uses the smallest drop size of 3pl to achieve precision to detail and allows photorealistic quality prints that will make your products stand out. Features include quick garment loading with the auto height adjustments. Snap-on magnetic platens add pop-up guiding messages on the display.
Chiossi E Cavazzuti SPEEDY-T folding machine
The SPEEDY-T is a folding and semi-automatic packaging machine. Indispensable for fast and uniform folding of T-shirts, it can be adapted to suit all shapes and sizes available on the market. The blades, which can be easily adjusted and are interchangeable, make it possible to suit the fold to the required size in a few seconds, so that it is possible to fold baby T-shirts as well as extra large sizes.
Visitors will be able to see interactive screen printing demonstrations of Rexx Plas Plastisol Inks, Magna Colors water based inks and Vastex screen printing equipment. Other live demonstrations include GCC cutting plotters, Schulze heat presses and Galaxy Press heat presses.
